Your mission
The Hashgraph Association (THA) is a global organization headquartered in Switzerland, and is a part of the Hedera Hashgraph (“Hedera”) ecosystem. 

Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Hedera is governed by a council of the world’s leading organizations - which include Google, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Deutsche Telekom, LG, Abrdn, London School of Economics, to name a few.

THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network.

As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ventures Operations Analyst to join our team. 
Your profile
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the venture operations, streamlining workflows, managing projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across various functions. 
This position requires someone proactive with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, alongside a strong command of the English language.
Prior experience in strategic consulting, investment, or technology companies is a plus.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed analysis using Excel to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights through data visualization and reports.
  • Operations Optimization: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. Track the entire due diligence process and documentation collections (from the first NDA to the KYC onboarding process)
  • Documentation & Presentations: Develop professional presentations in PowerPoint to communicate project updates, performance reports, and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with different teams including finance, legal, marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment on venture operations goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support venture analysis, benchmarking, and investment opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation, track performance metrics, and ensure proper filing and organization of operational processes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience:
    • Required: 1-3 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or related roles.
    • Preferred: Prior experience in strategic consulting, investment, or technology companies.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint for crafting presentations.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and software data analytics softwares is a plus.
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify inconsistencies and ensuring high levels of accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative, handle tasks independently and propose solutions.

  • Experience with venture capital or investment environments.
  • Familiarity with tech industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Background in strategic consulting or finance-related roles.
