Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Scrum Master I (Scrum.org) or Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in remote project delivery management, remote team management, and virtual collaboration, through the use of tools (like for instance Jira, Confluence, Office 365, ClickUp and Miro).
• In order to being able to help Product Owners, profound knowledge on Product Backlog management techniques and release management.
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Deep understanding of Development and Operations best practices.

Soft skills

• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Problem-solving, analytic mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus skills

• Direct working experience in Blockchain/DLT projects. Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and wallet integrations.
• Additional coaching certifications such as ICAgile, Management 3.0, etc.
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Coach 2-3 remote Agile teams through servant leadership principles, ensuring their effectiveness and promoting self-management and accountability.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in implementing DevOps best practices (CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
• Manage and help remove impediments.

Process Management

• Set up and maintain scrum boards for optimal workflow.
• Implement async communication strategies for distributed teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and tailored Scrum framework, while also identifying potential improvements to this framework that could be applied across all company projects.

Web3 Specific Duties

• Facilitate web3 native toolset implementation.
• Support release management and smart contract audit processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align Web3 initiatives with organizational objectives.
