Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven record of successfully leading and delivering intricate projects within large enterprise settings. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of orchestrating the planning, execution, and fruition of Hedera-focused initiatives that catalyze innovation and advancement for our enterprise clients. Your strategic acumen, exceptional leadership, and profound knowledge of the Hedera ecosystem will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration and implementation of cutting-edge solutions
Your profile
As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, GTM, and support teams. You’ll enable product teams to move faster and more effectively by driving operational excellence, improving communication, and creating scalable processes in a high-growth Web3 company.
Key Responsibilities:
Standardise product development processes and rituals (e.g., sprint planning, roadmap reviews, launch coordination).
Maintain source-of-truth documentation for roadmap, feedback, KPIs, and release schedules.
Support feature release planning by coordinating timelines across product, marketing, and support.
Build and maintain systems to capture and synthesize user feedback and customer insights into actionable product input.
Monitor key product metrics and drive reporting consistency across teams.
Requirements:
3–5 years in product ops, program management, or similar cross-functional role in a tech company.
Strong organisational and communication skills—can navigate and align multiple teams.
Familiarity with agile practices, Jira/Linear, and tools like Notion, Airtable, or Confluence.
Prior experience with B2B or Web3 product teams is highly desirable.
Data-savvy and capable of translating feedback into prioritized action plans.
