What You’ll Do
· Design & Optimize Workflows: Build advanced Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows for global, “Follow the Sun” support. Automate ticket routing, SLA tracking, and shift handoffs - no ticket left behind.
· Integrate AI & Blockchain: Configure Atlassian Rovo and other AI agents. Connect Jira to on-chain data (Hedera), enabling real-time insights and secure, zero-trust operations.
· Drive Compliance & Security: Implement DORA-compliant reporting, AI guardrails, and “kill switch” workflows for incident response. Ensure knowledge bases are structured for optimal AI ingestion and regulatory needs.
· Enable Seamless Integrations: Develop and maintain connections between Atlassian tools, monitoring platforms (Prometheus, PagerDuty), and external APIs using Forge or REST.
· Empower Agents & Engineers: Act as the integration gatekeeper, ensuring every tool communicates flawlessly to support our teams.
What You Bring
· 3-5 years as an Atlassian Administrator/Solutions Engineer (Jira Service Management, Cloud)
· Mastery of JQL, Jira Automation, workflow schemes
· Experience with Atlassian Intelligence, Rovo, or similar ITSM AI integrations
· Scripting skills (Groovy, Python, JavaScript) for custom apps/integrations
· Confluence knowledge base administration for external customers
· Strategic mindset: Translate business needs into technical solutions
· Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-100/400/420) preferred
