Your profile
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support our Administrative Program Manager in driving the successful execution of various programs. This individual will play a key role in coordinating programs, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders globally. The ideal candidate is skilled in administration, project management tools, and communication, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track progress across multiple programs, ensuring integration, consistency, and alignment with overall organizational strategy.
Facilitate direct communication and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Maintain and optimize project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, and HubSpot.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in program execution and escalate or propose solutions proactively.
Collect, analyze, and present data to help inform decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the Administrative Program Manager with operational tasks and program-related administration.
Ensure all communication and documentation are clear, professional, and timely.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
Strong project/program management experience, preferably coordinating complex or technical programs/projects.
Proficiency in project management and CRM tools such as ClickUp, Jira, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
