Morocco serves as one of THG’s key talent hubs. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role combines hands-on HR operations for a defined employee group with senior-level strategic support for managers and leaders. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, compliant, and engaging employee experience — covering everything from contracts and payroll to performance, culture, and talent pipeline development.
Your profile
As an Junior Accountant, you’ll play an important role in the group accounting department. You will be responsible for operational accounting and controls. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to being a key player in the accounts payable and receivable process as well as reconciliations and recording of day-to-day operational transactions on a global scale. In this role you will have significant interaction with cross functional teams, including external accounting providers and banks.

Your responsibilities include
  • Manage the financial workflow of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and month-end close activities adhering to close calendar
  • Record journal entries and prepare various account analysis for the different entities and for the group
  • Assist in the development, rollout and continuous improvement of procedures and process
  • Support special ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
  • Education in Accounting, or in the final semesters to the degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Prior experience within an accounting department
  • Ability to learn and understand financial accounting systems/software
  • Capable of working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
  • Self-starter and deadline driven person
  • Able to work in multicultural environment, with fluent English
  • Analytical and organized person with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good excel competencies
