Your mission

The Hashgraph Group is a Swiss-headquartered enterprise technology company operating globally across 10 locations in the US, Europe, the Middle East and APAC. THG helps enterprises address digital trust, traceability, sustainability, digital asset control, trusted transactions and AI-enabled workflows.

Its Hashgraph for Enterprise portfolio is built on Hedera - an enterprise-grade distributed ledger network with a governance model that includes organisations such as Google, IBM, Dell Technologies and McLaren Racing. The portfolio includes solutions for decentralised identity, Digital Product Passport and supply chain traceability, ESG and carbon accountability, trusted transactions and enterprise-grade support.

THG combines Web3 and AI innovation to solve complex enterprise challenges and is expanding its AI proposition through decentralised identity for AI agents, helping to build digital trust for autonomous multi-agent workflows. THG is now scaling the commercialisation of this product portfolio on the back of proven delivery experience. More than 100 enterprise projects have already helped validate the underlying technology and form the IP foundation for the company’s products.

Your profile

Why this role matters
European enterprises are facing growing pressure around Digital Product Passport readiness, supply chain transparency, trusted ESG data and digital identity. This role is an opportunity to turn those market shifts into qualified pipeline and closed revenue.

It is a net new hunting role, but not a standing-start role. You will be supported by presales, delivery experts, leadership sponsorship and an expanding ecosystem of strategic partners. THG’s partnership with PwC in Germany and Switzerland helps open doors into larger accounts, while relationships with IBM and AWS strengthen market access and co-selling potential.
Initial priorities include enterprise accounts in manufacturing, supply chain-intensive industries, regulated sectors and sustainability-driven transformation programmes.

This role reports to the VP of Global Sales and Partnerships and offers the opportunity to play a visible part in shaping THG’s commercial growth across Europe.

What you will do
  • Drive enterprise sales growth across Europe, with an initial focus on Germany, Switzerland and the UK
  • Build and progress qualified net new opportunities with large mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex deal execution from early engagement through negotiation and close
  • Develop senior relationships with business and technology stakeholders
  • Position THG’s value in digital trust, traceability, sustainability and AI-enabled workflows
  • Convert market interest, pilot activity and partner-led conversations into qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Work closely with leadership, product, delivery and partner teams to shape opportunities and strengthen commercial execution
  • Maintain strong pipeline quality, forecasting discipline and commercial rigour
  • Travel across the territory as needed to engage customers, advance strategic opportunities and negotiate deals

What we are looking for
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software and services sales, with a strong track record in new business acquisition
  • Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with executive visibility and commercial ownership
  • Experience opening strategic accounts and building pipeline in greenfield or underpenetrated markets
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to business priorities, transformation initiatives and executive-level outcomes
  • Strong credibility with senior customer stakeholders and sound commercial judgement
  • Experience selling consultative, high-value solutions with longer and more complex sales cycles
  • Experience working with partners, advisory firms or ecosystem-led go-to-market models is highly valuable
  • Exposure to Web3, DLT, blockchain, digital identity, supply chain traceability, ESG or AI-related propositions is advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience using MEDD(P)ICC or a similar enterprise sales framework is a strong advantage
  • Fluent business English and German is required

Why us?

  • A remote role with European market scope
  • A senior, visible and high-impact position in a fast-growing international business
  • Competitive fixed salary and uncapped sales bonus plan related to closed revenue, benchmarked for senior enterprise software sales roles in Germany
  • The opportunity to help build THG’s European growth engine from an early stage
  • Access to leadership, presales, delivery expertise and partner relationships to support commercial execution
  • The chance to join a business operating at the intersection of enterprise software, digital trust, traceability, sustainability and AI
