Morocco serves as one of THG’s key talent hubs. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role combines hands-on HR operations for a defined employee group with senior-level strategic support for managers and leaders. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, compliant, and engaging employee experience — covering everything from contracts and payroll to performance, culture, and talent pipeline development.
Your profile
Key responsibilities 

1) HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle 
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle in Personio (onboarding, contracts, changes, exits) 
  • Ensure accurate employee data, documentation, and reporting 
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance with local partners 
  • Handle employee queries and HR cases in a professional, pragmatic, and compliant way 
  • Ensure Moroccan labour law compliance and alignment with THG global standards 
2) Business Partnering & Leadership Support 
  • Act as the trusted HR partner for managers in Morocco and assigned business units 
  • Advise leaders on performance management, behaviour, team development, and employee relations 
  • Support organisational changes, role changes, and people decisions 
  • Coach managers on applying THG’s values, feedback culture, and leadership expectations 
3) Performance, Growth & Compensation Cycles 
  • Run local execution of global performance and growth cycles 
  • Support managers and employees through reviews and feedback rounds 
  • Coordinate salary reviews, promotions, and bonus processes 
  • Ensure data quality, approvals, and documentation in close collaboration with Finance and Global HR 
4) Culture, Engagement & Employer Brand 
  • Drive local engagement and culture initiatives 
  • Act as a trusted and neutral HR contact for employees 
  • Support leadership communication, onboarding experience, and retention initiatives 
  • Help position THG as an attractive tech and innovation employer in Morocco 
5) Campus Marketing & Talent Pipeline (INPT) 
  • Own THG’s relationship with INPT and selected universities 
  • Coordinate campus marketing, events, internships, and early-career programs 
  • Support hiring pipelines for graduates, trainees, and junior talent 
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Global HR on workforce planning 
6) Global collaboration 
  • Work closely with the global HR team (Switzerland, India, UAE, etc.) 
  • Ensure Morocco execution aligns with global frameworks, policies, and data standards 
  • Represent local needs and realities in global HR initiatives 
What we are looking for 
  • 7–10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering and/or senior HR Operations 
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour law and employment practices 
  • Experience working with HRIS (Personio or similar) 
  • Comfortable operating independently in a complex, fast-growing, international organisation 
  • Proven experience supporting managers on performance, employee relations, and organisational change 
  • Experience with early-career programs, campus relations or graduate hiring is a strong plus 
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), Arabic and/or French 
  • High ownership mindset, strong judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills
